Biography
Much of my work has focused on providing access to information electronically but I have specialized in the user experience so I have worked extensively on usability and user interface issues and also on the user culture. In the past few years I have worked primarily on knowledge and learning projects and I’m currently exploring more joined-up approaches to information, knowledge and learning.
